This week was fun! I spent lots of time with friends in between working and I am finally over my jet lag so a winner on all accounts. It was lovely weather in London for the most part and I went to my friends Ashley and Charlottes house so we could all work together in their amazing garden. I am still writing the first draft of my book so I spend all my free time with a laptop in hand so I can get it done.
I was on Big Brothers Bit On The Side on Friday night for the live eviction. I am a huge Big Brother fan and this celebrity series has been insane. There has been a lot of sexual antics in the house this year but with a lot of the reality stars thats to be expected. Marnie from Geordie Shore has had sex on TV countless times so it means nothing to her to be carrying on the away she does on Big Brother. I could never do that, to myself or my family but I guess its different strokes for different folks! I love going on the BBOTS panel because we get to discuss all the gossip from the show!! I wore a dress from Thurley which I loved and had my hair and make up done by Secret Spa.
Bear Grylls Survival Race
I have been working with Bear Grylls on his survival races this year. He has races all over the UK
and I will be hosting and DJing at all of them. I was in Cambridge yesterday for the first of the
survival races and it was a great day. The races involve a lot of survival challenges including
conquering the jungle, mountain, arctic and desert survival zones over a 5 or 10km course. I was
quit happy to be on the easy side for this one, the race isn’t easy but its a lot of fun so Im definitely
going to try one of them, I have my eye on the Edinburgh race! It was a great day out for families
and theres so much to do there for everyone, everyone who’s involved in the race also does
fundraising for charity which is a part I loved about it.
I haven’t been home to Dublin in a month so I was really excited to head back over on Sunday. My sister collected me from the airport and we headed straight over to see my brother and his wife Emma and not forgetting my beautiful niece Jeanie. She is sitting up win her own now and its crazy to see how much changes in just a month. I love living in London but I hate that I miss seeing Jeanie growing up. We had a lovely day we went for a walk and then had dinner together.
Viviscal is my new thing!! I started using their supplements and shampoo a while ago and the results have been great. Viviscal is a unique, dual-action system that works on the outside and the inside.Backed by 25 years of research, our award-winning supplements nourish from within to maintain healthy hair growth. Meanwhile, our NEW scientifically formulated Viviscal Gorgeous Growth Densifying range (which includes Viviscal Shampoo, Conditioner and Elixir) complements the hair growth benefits of the Viviscal supplements by conditioning from the outside. I use all three products together and I have seen a big difference in my hair after 6 weeks.
I trained with Maya Saffronhan in Virgin Active this week, she’s such a great trainer and we did a really great work out together. As always I tried to concentrate a little on the tush but I also included a little cardio that I would do during sets too. My gym gear is all Adidas except the top thats from Victorias Secret.
