Olympia Le-Tan is known for her embroidered book-cover purses and her father is Pierre Le-Tan, one of France’s most renowned illustrators, so it was no surprise to see Olympia’s sibling, Cleó, marry in a unique wedding earlier this month.
The Parisian designer kindly shared every detail of her sister’s autumn nuptials on Instagram, and here I have gathered the best pics:
Cleó Le-Tan wore an Olympia Le-Tan ivory lace dress and hooded cape, very Little Red Riding Hood. The ceremony took place in the middle of the Jardins du Palais Royal.
The bride’s bouquet was very simple and elegant, made up of pink and white peonies. She also carried with her a personalised purse made by her designer sister.
Olympia kept the couple’s rings safely guarded until the ceremony and all that we know is that they are Cartier.
The wedding invitations
Father-of-the-bride Pierre is one of France’s most renowned illustrators so it was no surprise that he was behind the couple’s unique invitations. The card features an illustration of the couple wearing animal onesies.
The wedding cake
The couple chose a simple but fun white wedding cake decorated with colourful bunting. The cake toppers were very similar to the illustrations on their invitations. The bride and groom in onesies.
The wedding car
The bride arrived at the ceremony in a white Rolls Royce, the same car the couple used to leave the party, once their big day was over!
The bridesmaids, including sister Olympia, wore lilac dresses. In their heads, they carried gorgeous flower headpieces.

What do you think of this fun and quirky wedding? I had never seen anything like it but I LOVE IT. I specially love the headpieces and the cape, what a cape!
