Training for the Strictly special and goodbye to my readers!

I’m really excited to be taking part in the Strictly Christmas Special this year. I absolutely LOVE Christmas and I love Strictly so it’s a perfect match. I’m so lucky to have been paired with Pasha again who was my partner when I took part in the main show 5 years ago. We’ve started training this week and it’s definitely been a shock to the system as I haven’t danced

Halloween, nights away from the boys and Pride of Britain

I went up to Skipton in North Yorkshire for my friend’s wedding last week and left the boys with family. I considered taking the boys but it’s such a long way for them to travel for one day. It’s the first time I’ve ever left Cole at all and he’s nearly 11 months so it felt very strange. To be honest I was really anxious about it for the whole

I have to set the record straight

I can’t believe I’m sitting here at home on Sunday evening writing the blog again, I don’t know where the weeks are going at the moment. It’s been another busy couple of weeks but I wanted to start off setting the record straight on a story which I very rarely do but it annoyed me last week. When I was on the red carpet at the Everyday Heroes awards a

Catching up with Abbey Clancy and baby first aid

I recently attended the finale of Britain’s Next Top Model with my friend and stylist Nisha Grewel. They invited me as I was involved in the series this year. I set one of the challenges for the girls so it was great to see how far they’d come in their final fashion show. One of the girls Ivy really stood out for me but I have no inside info on who the winner is I so

Cole LOVES crawling and standing up

I’m really happy to be fronting a new campaign called “Give Up Clothes for Good” to support Cancer Research UK for kids and teens along with TKMaxx. It’s a brilliant campaign and so easy to get involved. You basically just drop off your unwanted clothes, homeware and accessories to your nearest TKMaxx store and the money raised goes towards Cancer Research. It’s such an incredible charity that desperately needs funding.

Bobby is three today!

Bobby is three today! I honestly cannot believe how the years have flown. We had a fab party for him at the weekend and we were so lucky with gorgeous sunshine all day! In the last blog I told you how I was planning a Three Little Pigs themed party because Bobby is literally obsessed with the story and watches it every day. He also spends hours acting out the story and playing the

Cole has started crawling!

So literally the day after I wrote my last blog Cole started crawling and it really is a game changer! He’s totally loving his new found freedom and isn’t content with just crawling, now he wants to try and pull himself up too. He’s definitely a very determined little thing and when I tell him to stop doing something he gives me a cheeky face and just carries on doing

Cole has cut his bottom teeth

Cole is almost eight months now and has changed so much over the past few weeks! He’s started clapping and even recognises the word and responds by showing off his new party trick which I think is amazing. Babies’ brains are developing so quickly at this age and you can tell they really understand a lot of what you’re saying now which I love. There have been lots of developments with

First family holiday with Cole!

So I just got back from my family hols and we had such a brilliant time! We went to Portugal to an area I’ve been to several times before. It was our first holiday with Cole so I wanted a bit of familiarity as it makes everything so much easier. We had a villa with our own little pool in a resort with another big pool and loads of things for the kids

Talking all things motherhood with Giovanna Fletcher and Izzy Judd

It was lovely to catch up with HELLO!’s editor Rosie Nixon at her book launch for Amber Green takes Manhattan at The Fleming Hotel. I’ve already packed it in my suitcase for my holiday read next week. I had a good chat to Giovanna Fletcher and Izzy Judd about all things motherhood. I’ve met them both briefly before but never had a chance to chat properly. It’s always nice to
