Homemade Frozen Foods Part 2 ‘chicken’

Steam chicken salad

This steam chicken salad is a perfect salad for this summer.

  • Chicken breast
  • Spring onion
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Sauce

 

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated sesame seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Mix all together.


 

1. Poke chicken with fork so heat go through quickly.

2. Place chicken in a bowl, and add chicken, ginger, and spring onion, pinch of salt and pepper and Clim film it to make sure it sealed.
3. Put in microwave for 4 mins and leave it for another 3 mins.
4. Remove chicken from a bowl and let it cool down.

5. Sliced chicken very finely or tear it a part with hands.

No need to use all of the chicken at once!

How to chicken freeze

Keep a handful of chicken and you can keep rest in freezer.

Might be nice to wrap in Clim film in smaller portion so you can just take one out whenever you need.

 

6. Hand full of bean-starch vermicelli in a boiling water for 2 mins and drained. Rinse it well.
7. Add bean-starch vermicelli and few slice of cucumber and tomatoes and add them all together in a serving bowl.
8. Add the sauce and ready to eat.
