Film ‘Magic’ at Sundance

Following my express trip to Milan (less than 24h there and after a flight from NY) and 20 hours of planes and airports, I finally got to Park City, Utah.

I was there to attend the Sundance Film Festival where we were presenting Magic Magic, a pyschological thriller produced by Braven Films which I founded with my associate Frida Torresblanco.

The movie was written and directed by the absurdly talented Chilean filmmaker Sebastian Silva, who is a favourite at Sundance. It stars Emily Browning, Juno Temple and Michael Cera as a group of friends on an ill-fated roadtrip in Latin America.

Along the way, Juno’s character starts losing her grip on sanity, but her friends don’t realise until it’s far too late.

We spent our first day on press, endless interviews and supporting the cast and director.

Wish us good luck with the film. I am always thrilled to see hard work produce exciting results!
