Into the Woods and Into the Fitness

I joined Meryl Streep, Anna Kendrick, Emily Blunt and our very own James Cordan in Mayfair London this week for the UK Gala screening of Into The Woods. The musical film cleverly weaves in and out of my favourite fairytale stories of Cinderella, Rapunzel, Jack and the Beanstalk and Little Red Riding Hood, who all end up in the woods together. If only a bunch of A-Listers really were belting out tunes in my local woods. I’d be straight in there!
Isn’t it annoying when you wake up on a Monday morning to find that you’ve eaten your entire stash of chocolate in one sitting and scoffed nothing but pizza all weekend? Whoops! It happens to the best of us but say R.I.P to your Terry’s Chocolate Orange filled tummy and head over to my YouTube channel because there, you can find out how to beat that binge and get slim, toned, and active every day this month. I am sharing daily fit tips in a series called Fitness Takeover where there’s nothing but positive vibes. This week I shared motivational tips, gave easy weight loss advice, flaunted my fitness wardrobe, revealed my gym bag essentials and of course, exercised. So whether you’re a fitness freak or a complete workout novice, there’s something for everyone.
And finally, after a two month hiatus I will be blasting my dulcet times done a mic at Hoxton Radio today for my debut, weekly Monday radio show. Every week, I’ll be presenting all the best UK chart music, sharing my weekend anecdotes and featuring special guests. Today I will be revealing my musings on the world of the internet including who I’ve unashamedly been stalking on Instagram, playing my Old Skool Anthem of the day whilst spinning a whole host of great tunes to kick off the week. So join me today and every Monday from 2pm-4 only on Hoxton Radio.
Until next week, tarrah.
