Magnesium Flakes – The Key To A Good Night’s Sleep

At this time of year thoughts turn to rest and relaxation and if you are after a good night’s sleep, you need to bring Magnesium Flakes into your life.

I was moaning to one of my friends that I find it really hard to get a good night’s sleep. I fall asleep pretty easily but for no reason I wake up at 3 am and find it hard to get back to sleep again. She said she used to be like that but now swears by a magnesium salt bath.

Apparently magnesium can have a calming effect on the nervous system and can help ease anxiety, relax muscles and nerves helping maintain a good quality of sleep. In turn, sleep can have a positive impact on reducing the physical effects of stress, like high heart rate and blood pressure, tense muscles and shallow breathing.

I tried out Better You Magnesium Flakes, mined from the purest natural source and absorbed faster than capsules and tablets; delivering magnesium directly into the skin tissue and entering cells immediately. Simply pour into the bath (with nothing else) and soak for 20 minutes. Go to bed soon after and prepare for a blissful night’s sleep.

Magnesium Flakes – £3.95/250g
